Zayed Khan and Dia Mirza share good chemistry and are decent in their acts. Dia has a natural charm. Cyrus Sahukar underplays his character and is the butt of most jokes. Tisca Chopra looks delightful despite playing a (slightly) elderly female. Umang Jain is cute but has a short-lived character. Vaibhav Talwar plays in a limited range but pulls off his part. Satyadeep Mishra is good. Pallavi Sharda and Auritra Ghosh get no scope. From all the special appearances, Boman Irani is hilarious and leaves more impact that Shah Rukh Khan who doesn't do much beyond playing himself and endorsing furniture brand.
Director Sahil Singha doesn't show any innovation in the storytelling of his debut venture but he still has the command to bring a smile on your face, thanks to the breezy romance and the film's optimistic outlook. While being conventional cinema, it isn't essentially exasperatingly cliched.
Neither utterly lovely nor breakthrough! Love Breakups Zindagi is that variety of predictable cinema that is passable.

the film is pretty average with a predictable story line. The comic factor is also not enough to give the story a new level. The supporting stories also are not clearly stated or developed that could have given it a boost.
Final Word: Can watch if you have no other option.
Love Breakups Zindagi Review By - Bollywood Life
Love Breakups Zindagi is a lighthearted take on modern-day urban relationships in India, but it is lifeless due to weak characters and an unimaginative script. First time director Sahil Sangha makes an honest attempt to make the film, but next time he should leave the writing to someone else. Love Breakups Zindagi is like a beautiful hand-blown bottle studded with Swarovskis, but filled with a watery wine.

Daily Bhaskar - Ratings 2/5
Born Free Entertainment’s first ever production, Love Breakups Zindagi is a sheer example of one of those films, which bursts out of the candy floss mould, with no endeavors of adding substance. What adds on to one’s misery is the fact that besides its run of the mill storyline, is the extremely stretched screenplay. The jazzy wedding sequences and absolutely dull conversations between the characters gives the flick its first blow. The predictable bits post the interval, further irritate with some completely illogical portions like one can’t move the car for hours together, as a dog is sitting in the middle of the road and he can’t be disturbed.  The climax is over dramatic and flashes the memories of uncountable romantic films seen in the past.

Love. Dates. Marriage. Commitments. Relationships. Do we ever ponder on what we leave behind, as we move ahead in life? Not many of us introspect. But LOVE BREAKUPS ZINDAGI, a slice of life film, makes you recall certain episodes of your life. Though the film isn't biographical, one does relate to certain episodes in the narrative for two reasons -- they seem straight out of life and of course, first-time writer-director Sahil Sangha makes an effort to tell it with utmost honesty and simplicity. But, unfortunately, he succeeds to a degree! On the whole, LOVE BREAKUPS ZINDAGI has moments that leave an impression, but they are few and far between. Besides, a weak second hour, excessive length and sluggish pacing makes it a tedious experience!

Rediff - Ratings 2/5
Surprisingly Love Breakups Zindagi after a dull beginning picks up pace after the interval. Zayed Khan who has recently been seen mainly in thrillers, returns in his Main Hoon Na [ Images ] avatar and has retained his boy-next-door charm. Romancing Diya Mirza [ Images ] these two share good chemistry and their interactions succeed in keeping the viewer engrossed.
The other saving grace to the film is the music. While Rab Rakha has become a hit all the other numbers are hummable.
If you like cute, cheesy, breezy love stories then Love Breakups Zindagi is for you.

What’s Good: The songs; some of the performances.
What’s Bad: The excruciatingly slow pace of the drama; the lack of emotions in the film based on relationships; lack of novelty; predictabiltiy of the drama.
Verdict: Love Breakups Zindagi is a dull fare which will not get much love from the paying public.

They may have not made it big as actors, but as producers, they definitely are on target. Both Zayed Khan and Dia Mirza as first-time producers have come up with a winner on their hands.LBZ celebrates love. Go for it!

Born Free Entertainment's LBZ is about modern relationships. Jay is in a relationship with Radhika (Pallavi Sharda) but feels trapped. Naina is in a relationship with Dhruv a perfect husband material guy who actually doesn't turn out to be as perfect as she thought. Govind (Cyrus Sahukar) has been divorced twice and still looking for the perfect match.Nonetheless, Love Breakups Zindagi can be a onetime watch if you have nothing else to do and need some retrospection on your relationship.
